The Opti 1.5 one-person tent from Samaya has everything you need. Not only is it very lightweight, but it also offers excellent weather protection. The tent is made for extreme use. It’s designed for one to two people, but offers more comfort when only one person is sleeping in the tent. The 190 x 110 cm lying surface does offer enough space for two people and will protect you both against the elements.

Ultralight tent with a high hydrostatic head

The Opti 1.5 tent from Samaya does not come with poles. Instead, you will need to pitch it with one or two pairs of walking or ski poles. Adjustable-length poles and foldable poles or fixed-length walking poles are suitable for this purpose. For the basic set-up, place one pole at the head and one at the feet. Using additional poles offers extra comfort.

Thanks to the Dyneema material and the functional Nanovent technology, the 1-2 person tent only weighs 700 g. It can be compressed to a volume of 3.2 litres, making it significantly more compact and lighter than many other tents. The tent floor has a hydrostatic head of 20,000 mm, while the tent itself has a hydrostatic head of 10,000 mm. This offers outstanding weather protection. With the 40,000 g/m²/24h breathability, the tent will let moisture escape to the outside.
