The bag is pretty comfortsble and sits pretty nice on the shoulders, but due to the length of the bag, it felt a bit short for me. Just a tiny bit. It also tends to a bit higher on the bag. If you're also a tall-torsoed guy, maybe buy the 22l version. I did use this bag for a year before I gave it to my short friend. Perfect for quick commutes and long walks. Not really a grocery hauler with the 18l.
It is also a bit heavier than other bags this small.. but this is marginal. For the weight you do get more comfort and durability...
The access is pretty amazing. Three chunky zips to get quick.in and out. Nice.
