Reviews overview
Disadvantages
Recommended use
This is what other customers say:
Initially incredibly comfortable - like running shoes.
Less than one year of easy walks has rendered the boots unusable. I now feel every stone, the insole slips while wearing, creating cold blistered toes and they have needed two sprays already to attempt to maintain any kind of waterproofing.

Hey Gail,
Thank you for your response. Regret to learn that your shoes no longer meet your expectations.
As far as you're open to it, you can send us an email via this link - https://www.bergfreunde.eu/contact/ If you can briefly explain the challenges there, we can at least ask our service and warranty colleagues what is still possible.
Greetings,
Remy
Thank you. I have sent an email and a message via the customer service link.
