Product description
The Women's Kabru Hooded Jacket from Vaude is a warm down jacket for mountain sports. It is very light, small and packable, making it easy to stuff in your rucksack. The outer fabric has been treated with a dirt and water-repellent Eco Finish treatment for added protection. As for the insulation, Vaude used high-quality, RDS-certified duck down.
For comfort, the jacket has articulated sleeves. As for storage, there are two zipped front pockets for storing small essentials. One of the front pockets even doubles as stuff sack. The full length front zip comes equipped with a back flap for extra protection. Lastly, as part of the Vaude Green Shape Core Collection, the down jacket was made using materials that are completely free of any harmful substances and is thus environmentally friendly. The Women's Kabru Hooded Jacket III from Vaude is the perfect jacket for mountain sports.

I am looking for a winter hiking jacket. Very important thing for me is that the jacket is warm, stretchable, windproof, water repellent and could be weared with backpack. Also very important thing is that is in red color. Please let me know if VAUDE - Women's Kabru Hooded Jacket III - Down jacket meets my requirements. If not please recommend me something in real red color. My size is S or 36 EU and I am 172 cm height.

The only thing I would say is that water resistance and down jackets is a very murky topic - the Down Sweater does have a level of water resistance but really with any down jacket that doesn't have a membrane you need to be wearing a hardshell layer over the top.
