This is what other customers say:
I found these shoes fit a bit different to other lowa shoes I've owned. They are VERY stiff. Both the sole and the durable synthetic uppers are stiff. They are also quite narrow but long in the toe box and shallower in the heel than some other Lowa shoes. The instep is quite high and I felt the lace loop design could be changed to enable a better lock of the heel and to bind the shoe more tightly around my feet.
The end result is the first time I've experienced heel lift in a Lowa shoe. I have owned many other Lowa shoes and boots in the same size and never had heel lift before.
This is a significant issue in a trekking / approach shoe and so they didn't work for me. They appear well made and the usual Rocktrac sole has fabulous grip in mountainous terrain. Lots to recommend but didn't like the fit. If you have a narrow but high volume foot then perhaps these are your ideal shoe. Not for me I'm afraid!
