The pack is well made & has a number of features
Pro's
price to weight to quality very good
well made no signs of wear or stress
features include belt pocket stretch front pocket idea for waterproofs top pocket side pockets
trekking pole holders
its at least 45 L
Comfortable to carry up to 12kg
Cons -
The material is not water resistant and there is no rain cover
Difficult to carry tent on outside of bag if you need the extra capacity

Is it padded and confortable enough?
Yes well padded I have found it very comfortable with you to 11kg the only issue some may have is the back length is not adjustable I am 5.7 and it's ok for me
