perfect, windproof and easy to handle
i hate wearing hats, so this seemed like a good alternative for sun protection.
provides loads of shade, and doesn't heat you up like a hat, but is totally helpless in just about any sort of wind. I'm augmenting mine with a visor.
holds on to a backpack very well with some molle hydration bladder clips - save yourself the 30 quid extra from the backpacking version!
