Super lightweight and comfortable: the Ascender 13 trail running backpack from deuter is brimming with many practical features that will help out on your run.
Great features, comfortable and sustainable
The backpack is made of a tear-resistant ripstop fabric made of recycled polyamide. It was certified with the bluesign label thanks to the sustainable production. Now, let’s take a closer look at its features: boasting 13 litres of storage space, the main compartment offers enough space for your essentials. It’s equipped with a stretch inner pocket, a valuables pocket, two elastic side pockets and a pocket on the shoulder strap for your phone or GPS. At the front of the shoulder strap, you’ll also find a pole holder that you can easily access during your run. The deuter Lite carrying system is specially designed for fast tours in difficult terrain, it’s comfortable thanks to its extra wide shoulder straps with the vest-like fit and has an position adjusting straps to ensure it’s positioned correctly. If you wish, you can also remove the back foam, which makes the Ascender 13 10% lighter.

Everything is well thought through and the price for value is superb. I use it for Cross country skiing and roller skiing but will also use it for my day hikes in woods/mountains. The storage of 13 Liter is fine for a day outside and still bring enough gear for sudden weather changes and food/drinks.
