The silicone ring in the cap leaks the water, basic plastic bottle is more practical

I cannot recommend this product to European customers due to a complete lack of aftermarket support. The bottle itself works well, but it requires a silicone gasket to prevent leaking. After a while normal washing damages this gasket, making it a standard consumable item.
The major flaw lies in parts availability and support. Replacements are sold in the US but are impossible to source in Europe. Attempts to contact EU support (the Spanish distributor ) yielded zero response. Reaching out to US support resulted in a quick reply, but they merely routed the ticket back to the silent EU team. A perfectly good bottle is now unusable simply because a cheap, essential seal cannot be replaced in this region.
