Product description
The Helio 38 Backpack from Black Diamond is a versatile and high-performance ski touring backpack for demanding and complex tours. It stows all the equipment you might need for alpine winter adventures. Its durable material mix includes a backing made from Monomesh with Wave foam, which repels snow while offering plenty of breathability on the ascent. In addition, the adjustable shoulder straps with load lifters ensure an even load distribution, while the padded hip belt with a gear loop and a zip pocket allows for quick access to important items.
The slim and simple design with zip access from the top is pleasantly lightweight and includes a separate compartment for avalanche equipment, with optimum use of space and an ergonomic shape.
Moreover, the Helio is equipped with a retractable bottom compartment for skins or crampons, two ice axe holders, an A-frame carrier for skis, a diagonal, detachable ski holder and a detachable snowboard holder. This makes it ideal for just about any use in the backcountry!
