XS (20 - 30 l); S (30 - 40 l); M (40 - 55 l); L (55 - 70 l); XL (70 - 80 l); XXL (80 - 100 l)
As you can see from the size range, size XS or S will work but I'd think XS could potentially be too tight fitting and S too loose. I think the following from deuter wiuld suit better because of the better size range:
