Product description
As part of Rab's Ascent collection, the Rab Men's Continuum Hooded Down Jacket excels in harsh alpine environments and downright nasty conditions. Saving serious weight for the long uphill slog, the Continuum's advanced Pertex Quantum GL shell and inner-layer use precisely woven nylon yarns (10-denier or less) for superlight protection that's virtually windproof (1.0 cc max) and water-resistant. 850-fill European goose down traps fiery heat without being bulky, thanks to the jacket's mini stitch-through baffles. Additionally, the jacket's down insulation uses a hydrophobic treatment to prevent the insulation from losing its heat-trapping loft in damp alpine conditions.
- Pertex Quantum GL (10D nylon) shell and inner-layer
- 850-fill European goose down (4-ounce fill weight)
- Hydrophobic down treatment (fluorocarbon-free)
- Mini stitch-through baffle construction
- Helmet-compatible hood with flexible peak
- YKK front-zip and YKK zippered hand pockets
- Chest pocket doubles as stuff sack
- Elasticized cuffs
- Drawcord hem
- Slim fit
