Product description
The Probe 240 from Ortovox is a very lightweight, short and reliable avalanche probe made from aluminium, which is an essential piece of emergency equipment when touring in avalanche-prone terrain. Thanks to a PFA quick-release system and the steel cable tensioning system, its 43 cm-long segments extend to their full length of 240 cm in a flash. Another important feature is the clearly visible depth marker at 1.5 m. This means that the Probe 240 is quick and easy to use effectively, whilst also being very lightweight and compact.
