Durable polycotton walking trousers with stretchy inserts
The Lundhags Authentic Pant is a trustworthy companion for long treks and hill walks. They are made of durable Lundhags polycotton with stretch inserts at the right places!
The combination of durable, flexible fabrics is simply perfect. Plus, the front and back of the knees as well as the seat and ankles are made with Schoeller Dynamic, and everything else has a nylon mixed with cotton fabric. This means you can move easily and that you have reliable protection from the wind, light rain, snowfall, mosquitoes, and much, much more! As a result, you can wear the trousers while conquering the Alps, trekking through Scandinavia or whilst mountaineering. The classic cut with diagonal slit pockets and patch pockets on the legs characterise the design of the Authentic Pant. The leg cuff is adjustable, and they feature boot hooks that are compatible with crampons.
Last but not least, the colours speak for themselves and are proof that the Lundhags Authentic Pant will go down in history! A great pair of trousers for outdoor activities!

How to find the right size:
The Authentic Pants are available in three types of sizes: D-Sizes (Short/Wide) / Regular / Long
- D-Size (Short/Wide): This is a shorter size with a wider hip circumference (compared to Regular, it’s 5 cm shorter, 6 cm wider at the hip and 2 cm wider at the seat)
- Regular: see size chart
- Long: Compared to Regular, it’s 5 cm longer.

Been using these in summer for a few hikes and at camp sites, and the ventilation on the sides helps with thermoregulation when its warmer outside.
Overall i believe these to be ideal 3 season all around trousers. With some thermo layer, might even use these in winter.

I have had these trousers for a few months now. I bought them for trekking in the hills. I have used these in minus temps with merino tights underneath and in Spring on their own. They are robust enough for walks and light scrambles. Lots of pockets, windproof and comfy.
These are not cheap, but good quality.
