The Komperdell Carbon C3 Cloud Compact telescopic trekking poles barely take up any space and can be attached to the outside of your walking backpack. Featuring the Powerlock 3.0 adjustment system, you can adjust the length to suit the terrain at any time. The tungsten/carbide flex tips and the included Mini UL Vario baskets offer good grip on the trails.
The walking poles are made of stiff and light carbon. Plus, they’re comfortable to hold thanks to their long grips made of soft foam. Some other great features include the hand rest on the top and the adjustable strap with soft padding. The Carbon C3 Cloud Compact poles from Komperdell are not only great for hill walking and trekking, but also for speed hiking.

Can the pole sections be separated for travel? The collapsed length of 57cm is too long for me. 54cm will fit in my pannier and I'd reassemble the pole before starting a walk.

Yes , you can seperate the pole sections. Unfortunately, we can't get an exact measurement for you but based on my own pole , when taken apart, you can see a length reduction of easily 5cm.
