For insulation, Exped has opted for 200 grams of their own Texpedloft insulation, which is made of lightweight synthetic fibres. This bluesign-approved material provides reliable insulation in any climate. The outer fabric is protected by a TPU film laminate that forces water to simply bead up and roll off the surface. Thanks to the baffle construction with laminated fleece on both sides, the inflatable sleeping mat ensures a high level of comfort in the great outdoors. The convenient flat valves allow for quick and easy inflation/deflation. Thanks to the stuff sack that doubles as a pump, inflating and sleeping on the Exped Synmat XP 9 is extremely convenient and comfortable.
