Love it

I'm using 40m version for gym climbing, my friends can hardly believe it's a 9.8mm rope, it feels thinner in hands and goes perfectly through GriGri, very pleasant to work with.

No. This is a dyamic rope best suited for sport climbing. The following would be a much better option for your needs:
