Product description
The Starlight 2 Exp from Robens is the perfect 2-person tent for trekkers and travellers looking for a durable, weatherproof yet lightweight shelter. Its flysheet has an efficient double-wedge shape and is made from highly durable, windproof and waterproof polyester. Together with the lightweight anodised aluminium poles, this gives the tent excellent stability. Flexible, durable, heat-sealed tape is bonded over the seams to keep these critical areas permanently weatherproof.
The flysheet, poles and guy lines are connected by cleverly positioned fixing loops that distribute pressure evenly across the entire tent in strong gusts and prevent individual sections from flapping around. The inner tent is attached to the flysheet using sturdy aluminium click buckles. Colour-coded aluminium poles and flat pole sleeves closed at one end make setup easier. Fluorescent zips help with orientation in the dark.
At just two kilograms overall, the Starlight 2 Exp is very lightweight for a three-season tent. It is also quick and easy to handle and provides good comfort in its small but highly efficiently designed and organised interior. The breathable polyester of the inner tent helps maintain a comfortable interior climate, as do the effective ventilation options. This makes the trekking tent highly versatile for use outdoors and in the mountains!

Was out wildcamping in Scotland, and it was amazing! Kept me warm and dry with no real issues. It was a little difficult to set up the tent with the small poles at either end, as they needed to be angled correctly to create tension on the rest of the tent. After a few minutes of fiddling around, I managed to get it going, but it would be quite frustrating in windier orwetter conditions. I would really recommend setting it up beforehand at home
