A lightweight mummy sleeping bag
The Rab Ascent 600 is a warm and comfortable mummy sleeping bag made for all sorts of mountain, camping and trekking adventures. The all-rounder has a classic mummy shape that offers enough space for people up to 185 cm tall. Speaking of space, your feet will have plentiful space in the large foot box. Made of durable and water-repellent polyamide outer, the Ascent 600 is guaranteed to be both long-lasting and resistant. Plus, it features a down fill with a fill power of 650+ cuin that’ll keep you toasty at night.
Warm, hydrophobic down fill
It features a great baffle design that’ll keep the down in place and prevent cold bridges from forming. In addition, the down fill was equipped with a water-repellent treatment to prevent it from absorbing moisture. This prevents the down from forming lumps and losing warmth, so you can even use it in foggy, humid conditions. It’s rounded off by a 2-way zip, a draught collar and an adjustable hood.

so maybe i am am a colder sleeper than i used to be in my youth but 48 yrs young i was expecting a comfort rated at -2 degrees bag to be warm in a tent on a night at 4 degrees..
it was just about ok but only once i'd layered up and absolutely bunkered down in the back with draft and hood strings fully tightened
however, it is roomy, it is comfy, it is fine with a layer of condensation on it, it packs down very tightly and it lofts up quickly so i would recommended it but with the caution of expectation re temperatures
