Product description
Comfortable, spacious walking backpack
The Traverse 40 backpack from Ortovox is a versatile, functional, generously-sized and comfortable companion for your adventures in the mountains. The Traverse 40 has been specially designed for year-round use in the mountains. With a volume of 40 litres, this backpack is perfect for multi-day tours. Thanks to its ribbed mesh fabric and the perforated foam of the back pads, the Comfort Contact Back System offers optimum air circulation to increase your comfort. Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and a wide hip belt distribute the weight evenly over their contact surfaces.
Smart details for optimum functionality
In addition, the Traverse 40 is technically impressive with a spacious main compartment for your equipment as well as a slide-in compartment at the front for smaller items. Meanwhile, your water bottle is always ready to hand in the elasticated side pockets. An integrated helmet net, stowable gear loops on the shoulder straps and a pole attachment make this backpack the ideal companion in alpine terrain. Other features such as a hydration system compartment, a rain cover, a hip pocket and a holder for your sunglasses on the shoulder strap round off the Traverse 40.
