The ribbed mesh fabric and the perforated foam in the back pads provide optimal air circulation. It also has ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and a wide hip belt to further enhance comfort.

The top loader walking backpack has attachments for walking poles and a helmet and can either be accessed from the top or from the front. As you hike the shoulder harness as well as the hip belt loosen up, so you need to constantly pull the adjusting trap over and over again.
Without this inconvenience, it would had been a 5 stars without a doubt.
