The Zopa 9.7 single rope from Swiss mountaineering specialist Mammut was designed especially for us. Its area of use is clearly sport climbing, whether indoors or out on the rock. The rope is robust enough for many hours of training and yet light enough for really difficult ascents. And let's not forget to mention its outstanding price-performance ratio!

Medium-thickness rope for experienced climbers

With a diameter of 9.7 mm, the Zopa is a medium-thick single rope and therefore requires increased attention when belaying. The braking effect of a belay device is reduced further than it would be with thick beginner ropes, so some prior experience is advised.

Handles beautifully

This rope is a pleasure to climb with. It's light and flexible and doesn't even feel like the 9.7mm listed. Perfect for those really tough projects when you feel ever little helps.
