Comfortable handle

1. Nice and light

2. Spring adjustment in the foot affords good shock absorption

3. Ergonomic handle is really comfortable.

4. I bought some spare ferrules but have no idea how to get the old worn one off to fit the new. Would be glad of some help/guidance/advice on this please
