Hi Mez, Provided those are fitted correctly, I would think there'll be no problem but lots of holds will make a mess of the wall and you can't move the holds around easily to change routes. Might be a better idea to mount the holds to a plywood wall as intended with allen screws and t-nuts and mount the plywood wall to the concrete wall.
Really like these holds. They are very skin friendly with soft slopping edges throughout the collection. Highly recommend these holds.

These holds are not very well designed. They break very easily, especially the thin ones. The texture is soft but with enough friction.
