Here’s how the purifier works: first, fill the ‘outer’ bottle with dirty water and then insert the ‘inner’ bottle with the purifier cartridge at the bottom into the ‘outer’ bottle. You’ll need to press the ‘inner’ bottle down through the dirty water. Through this mechanical filtration process, activated carbon absorbs microparticles, viruses, bacteria and protozoa out of the water, resulting in clean drinking water.
