This board is a fusion of a peg board and a hang board, so it gives you loads of options when it comes to training. You can move the two wooden sticks up and down to train your lock-off strength. Of course, the holes for the sticks can be used for your fingers as well. With all the pockets and holes varying in depth, you'll have plenty of options for training, from edges to crimps, making the board perfect for beginners and more experienced climbers alike. Thanks to the generous height of the board, you can also practice transitioning to higher edges and holes.The high-quality wood not only makes for a great aesthetic that is sure to look great in your flat but is also grippy enough. The untreated surface absorbs sweat from your hands and is very gentle on the skin. If you'd like to train for your next project, the Power Ant Mini from Antworks is the way to do it!Note: The board is meant for massive concrete or wooden walls.
