#6 (size chart)Chest: 94cm, #7 Waist: 88. This jacket will have to support a 2 layer system underneath (t-shirt and mid layer). Its use is for a Mountain First Aid Responder where I need to move and bend next to a patient. Additionally #2 Shoulder to wrist: 59 , my height 1,75. Thank you for the follow up

The Escape Ultility Rain Jacket is designed for use as an urban or city lifestyle jacket. It's not very light weight , hydrostatic head is not amazing , the hood is also not helmet compatible and I do not think it is durable enough for it's proposed use. The colour also does not lend itself well to mountain rescue.
Basically , I think you will be much better to invest in something much more suitable for the intended purpose. A 3- layer hardshell with a tough outer material , under arm ventilation and helmet compatible hood. Also in a more suitable colour. For example:

The Rab Firewall Alpine Jacket is a better option than the Escape Ultility Rain Jacket but with a face fabris of only 20 denier and an overall weight of only 316g , this will not be durable enough for your needs. I would however suggest a size M.
I understand and taking into consideration. Will check the specs of your previous recommendation and will look for a model too my taste (please don´t take me wrong. Will get back probably tomorrow due to work schedule.
