Request return label

If you would like to return a package within the return policy period, you can use our return label service: Click here to generate a return label. We will then deduct the costs from your return credit. Using our paid return label often works out cheaper than using another provider. We’ve put together all the information about the costs of our return label service on our return page.

Please note: When you print the return label and return something, this is offset against your credit. For technical reasons it is also offset if you purchase a parcel stamp at the post office yourself. Therefore please only apply for the return label if you will actually use it for a return.
