Great Backpack after 3y heavy use

I've owned and lived this backpack for over 3 years now, so I can provide some thorough feedback!
It's a great backpack. I'm an geoarchaeologist and use it for fieldwork in Armenia. Blistering hot, so I carry 6 liters of water with me during geomorphological mapping. These 6 liters slowly get replaced by 10kg of rock samples 9at least). On top of that the standard field equipment (geological hammer, notebook, GPS etc) as well as lunch. So a heavy pack, all day in the heat walking on very uneven terrain - up and down slopes. The backpack does an outstanding job! Besides the fieldwork, I take it to work every day. Laptop fits perfectly in the camel bag pouch, it holds all the documents and other stuff I need. It looks perfectly presentable and feels safe for my valuables (behind two zips). It also doubles up as a short trip backback. It fits everything for a short week.
Details I like: You can arch the back more or less to let in the desired amount of ventilation. You can elongate the distance between the hip rest and shoulder rest so that you can fit it on a long back. It is light and well thought through with the lower compartment. It is built of tough material and no tears or substantial damages after 3+ years of use. Laptop fits in camelbag pouch. Valuables behind two zips. Raincover works well and is stored in a smart way. Hiprest is well padded, with pockets and very comfortable.
The details that can be improved: The waterbottle bags on the sides start to sag after a while; it needs an adjustable strap to secure your things. The cross-strap at the sides attach to in front of the zipper. This is annoying, because every time you open your backback these straps are in the way. They also need to be a bit lower. If you're a woman the chest-strap like all backpacks is on the low side. Not uncomfortable yet, but doesn't look great either. I wish manufacturers would think about this stuff... Backpack further needs a pouch to stuff the hip rest in for daily commute. Could use one more pocket - on the side maybe? I like the minimalist look, but it also means organisational compromise.
Would I buy it again? Yes. It's a great backpack and I support Vaude's eco friendly mission .
