The two zipped, mesh-lined hand pockets can be used for ventilation and have been positioned in such a way as to be accessible when you have a backpack or climbing harness on. The full-length front zip as well as the zips on the pockets are water-repellent, preventing any rain getting into the interior. The hood comes equipped with a protective peak and an elastic crown. The bottom hem is elasticated as well, and the cuffs can be adjusted using the hook-and-loop fastener.
