Merino walking socks for long tours
Classic, simple and functional - these are the Merino Trekking Classic Socks from Stoic. With almost 80% merino wool, these socks offer a soft, natural comfort and create a balanced microclimate for your feet. Plus, the wool barely absorbs any unpleasant odours and usually still smells relatively fresh even after several days of use - ideal for trekking tours! A certain proportion of synthetic fibre should not be missing from the fabric mix, as this helps the socks keep their shape and dry even faster.

I have been wearing Stoic stocks for over three years, hundreds of kilometres. Mostly hiking. All good. No complaint so far. No holes, no damage anywhere. I am surprised at longevity.
Fit and cut is not as perfect as with a premium brand - Bridgedale is better.. maybe 20-30%? For 2-3 times more.
Smartwool feels more comfortable a little, but for 2-3 times the price, and Stoic feels more durable. Smartwool piles more, Stoic very little!
