* extremely fast shipping: the order was delivered abroad within EU in less then a week, packaging was implacable
* extremely goood value for the price (55% RPR discount), 2x high quality lenses in a bundle with easily deatachable magnetic frames (tamples)
* relatively light pair of sunglasses with quite secure fit both on the nose and around the head
* suitable mostly for small and medium sized heads
* convenient both with helmet and (big) on-ear headphones on
* generally good coverage (although oversised lenses would have better) and curvature, effective as wind shield and not obstructing latteral vision by any means
* the nose bridge has 2 possitions and is super easily removable by using 2 fingers while holding the sunglasses with another 2; impairing sight very slightly under certain angles (whenever trying to use your latteral vision to its farthest extent)
* aggressive curvature means people with large eyebrows may find them touching the lens and smudging it; if that's the case, these sunglasses allow to be moved a bit forward and still fit just as securely - which should be fine for any activity which doesn't introduce wind with greater forward speed, etc. running or biking (in windy conditions)
* good ventilation as far as forehead is concerned, the pair works fine with helmets with lower front fit
* the shape and size of these sunglasses make them viable for casual use - which would not usually be the case with most oversized alternatives
* the photochromic lens is great all-rounder, gets dark quite quickly under direct sunlight so you'd never feel overwhelmed by the sun rays (takes about 5 min to get from dark to 85% VLT state); may be used in night conditions for commuting, not that much at the mountains where no (artificial) light
* The rose ChromaPop lens does its job by filtering certain spectrum of the light waves and making color confusion less likely, suitable for most but the darkest or brightest conditions
* changing (and cleaning) lenses is a charm that no other sunglasses' parts attaching mechanism offers
* rich selection of extra tints of Smith lenses on their (US) site, newer Attack (Max, MTB) lenses (should be - TBC) also an option (tamples look exactly the same and so the attachement system)
- the Smith Attack model looks EOL already, so not really an option to buy extra lenses (with the exact same profile / shape)
- probably no hydrophobic coating as water drops stay on the lenses, however lens clarity helps with them being not that much obstructive
- the hard case is quite secure but lavishly oversised - with a bit of DYI work may fit 4 / 5 pairs of spare lenses and only then viable for traveling; there's a soft pouch included for better mobility though
* these are among the most comfortable sunglasses I've ever used - even so I may fall asleep with them on. Pretty much the only features I wish I had on top was if Smith had amber tinted (high contrast) photopchromic option offering and (good) hydrophobic coating
