Great gloves from an ethical company.

I've been wearing these handwarmers in temperatures of -15°C and found them to be extremely warm, even when the outer wool is caked in snow or frozen.

They're made from a medium-heavier weight lambswool and lined with black microfleece so they're soft against the skin and quite wind-resistant too.

In terms of sizing, they measure approx 17cm long x 11.5cm wide but also have plenty of natural stretch and 'give' in the wool outer so will fit a range of hand sizes - my hands are approximately 19cm long x 8cm wide (excluding thumb) and they cover my wrists but leave my fingers exposed. I expected my fingers to experience some windchill in the cold, snow and frosts but this hasn't been the case at all: I think because my wrists and hands are so warm the circulation to my fingers is good and this keeps them warm. However, it is also possible to retract the fingers into the gloves.

I would definitely recommend these for cold weather and now have 3 pairs in different colours.
