Thanks to its small pack size, the ultra lightweight tent fits comfortably in your mountaineering backpack and offers optimum protection against the elements in bad weather. This means that this hexagonal tent offers you just the right mix of comfort, low weight and weather protection.

Lightweight and durable material protects against the rain

Despite the use of particularly lightweight materials, the dome tent impresses with excellent protection against the elements. The tent floor and parts of the outer tent are made from tear-resistant Dyneema functional fabric. Thanks to a hydrostatic head of 20,000 mm, the floor reliably protects against moisture penetration and you can also camp in the snow without a problem. The outer tent is protected from moisture absorption thanks to its PU coating which forces rain to roll off the surface without soaking through.

Simple assembly and a stable construction

Thanks to its hexagonal construction, this single-wall touring tent is extremely wind-resistant and can be braced against the wind using the guy lines. In addition, the DAC FeatherLite aluminium poles cross in the middle and ensure a restful night's sleep, even when mountaineering in stormy weather before continuing the next morning. The Samaya 2.5 convinces as a comfortable 2-person tent and still offers enough space inside to stow equipment and backpacks.
