Is it better to downsize?

Is it better to downsize? I’m 85cm without a jacket so nearly at the start of an S size. Is XS recommended then?

Hi Fanny,
When running, even in winter , you'll generally not be using too many layers. I would estimate you'd be better off with size XS.
