mountain goggles?

is this good for mountaineering (protection against rain and sun) at high altitude please?

Hi Silvan, at high altitude you'll only be needing googles if it's windy or snowing and for that these would be great. Otherwise , you'll be needing sunglasses with a Cat 4 lens to protect against the sunlight and glare.
