Cold outside? No problem! Whether on its own or as insulating mid-layer, the Women’s Alpha Direct Jacket from Rab always does a great job. The jacket’s upper material is made of the extremely lightweight and incredibly water-vapour permeable Pertex Quantum Air fabric. A wind and waterproof DWR provides effective protection against inclement weather. A light and thin Polartec Alpha insulation provides outstanding insulation performance. It has a close fitting, slightly tailored cut and does not restrict movement. The hood can be worn under a climbing helmet, the collar is lined with a soft tricot fabric and the full-length front zip comes with a chin guard and an internal storm flap. Two front zip pockets and a zipped Napoleon pocket are ideal for storing smaller items. The cuffs are made of a fleece stretch fabric and the waistband can be adjusted via a drawstring.
