The beauty of yoga is that it's a discipline you can perform almost anywhere. The lightweight Prana E.C.O. Yoga Mat is a bit more compact than Prana's largest mats so it's easier to carry around with you if you want to work in a session in a hidden conference room at work or on your parents' back deck when you're visiting for the weekend. The E.C.O. offers 5mm cushioning and features textured, anti-slip surfaces so you'll be able to confidently hold poses without sliding around. The mat has been produced through a toxic-free manufacturing process, and is made of a material that is free of PVC, latex, and chlorine. The material is UV-resistant so the colors won't fade and start to look dingy, and biodegradable so that when the mat does get to the end of its life one day, it will break down back into the earth.
