Amazing Cycling Shoes

I have only received these shoes yesterday, but I am already very excited by them. They are my first cycling shoes, but I don't think I could have chosen anything better for my planned use.

I ride a road bike, road unicycle and mountain unicycle, so I am asking these shoes to perform in lots of different areas.

I have only been for one ride on my road unicycle so far and I can already feel the
improved foot support and power delivery that these shoes provide.

They are also very comfortable and the BOA lacing makes life so much easier compared to traditional laces.

The base of the shoe is very firm and the Goodyear tread is hard yet grippy, so I hope to see them not wear too quickly.

Walking around in these shoes is a pleasure as well, which is needed especially if your are commuting or out on the trails and you can't cycle through a particular section. This is especially important on a unicycle, where unplanned dismounts are a common occurrence.

I will update this review soon to give some long term feedback.

(Update 2023: These shoes are amazing!
They are comfortable, grippy, supportive and also great for walking. The shoes have taken quite a beating from unicycling/dismounting. You can catch your shoes in-between the cranks and pedals on a unicycle quite a lot, but even after all the abuse, the shoes haven't split.
The BOA lace system is also holding up and is fantastic for on the go adjustments. The laces do stay tight throughout the ride, although I do have to tighten them after a while because the tongues slides down to one side and make the shoes feel loose.
I am almost definitely going to buy these shoes again, but I may opt for something with inner ankle protection, as I do find myself catching my ankles on the cranks especially when off-roading.)
