I bought a medium one of these three years ago. It was a great product so I repurchased a medium. I haven't increased in size but the vest sure has decreased in size. If you normally wear medium I would consider large.

This sports vest is light and thin, but it keeps you warm. It is suitable for all outdoor activities and comfortable to wear. The only downside is the fit – it is more loose than fitted. Because of this, it may suit a heavier person better.
