I've been using this hoodie for more than a year.
Positive:
* I like the Patagonia brand.
* I like how this hoodie looks and feels.
* it is durable and still looks good.
Negative:
* But It is too big/hot for indoor and outdoor activities with kids. I prefer the Merino base layer in those cases.
* I wear this hoodie only when sitting in some colder areas (and it is rare)

- Looks Good

- Disadvantages
- Absorbs odors
- Hard to take off
I did the size guide thing and it suggested large - it was a tent on me, so had to return (no issues for AlpineTrek). I purchased the medium (my usual size) and fits wonderfully, It is a really soft hoodie. I am 172cm and broad, and not quite as thin as I should be (32-34 waist depending on the brand). A lot of outdoor gear is geared towards tall slim people and so can feel too tight on the shoulders (I am looking at you Northface, RAB, and Craghoppers). Not so with Patagonia. Slimmer people may even benefit of dropping down a size.
