Ortovox - Trad Zip 26 - Climbing backpack

Ortovox has trimmed the Trad Zip 26 down to the essentials. The top-loading climbing backpack is made for all your rock climbing adventures and is full of clever features. The material is extremely tough and already pretty lightweight, but you can shed an extra 200 grams if you remove the back reinforcement. Larger pieces of kit, such as your ice axe, helmet or rope, can be attached to the outside, keeping the lightly coloured interior free for smaller items. Compression straps streamline the load and bring it close to the body. Plus, they even double as ski holders. The gear loops on the outside can also be used to attach all kinds of bits and bobs, whilst the lid compartment gives you a secure place for valuables, keys and other important items. To ensure that you can just focus on climbing, the pack features Ortovox’s No Touch Design, which gives you unrestricted freedom of movement, even when you’re wearing a helmet. Of course, Ortovox attaches quite a bit of importance to safety as well: They’ve incorporated an emergency whistle, emergency card and helicopter-based Recco reflector to facilitate rescue operations in the event of an emergency.
