Ortlieb - Duffle RG 60 - Luggage tested

I have used the rg85 on one trip. It's a very expensive bag with a 5 year warranty. After the first flight the rails attached to the handle had heavy damage, large dents and bent. After the return flight the second rail had a large dent. Contacting ortlieb, they blame the airlines handling of the bag. It's $100 per rail to replace the rail. A very weak park, a defective part from the company. You need to keep the weight at the end with the wheels or it will be awkward to pull, and feel heavy. The bag itself has held up with no apparent damage.
