Product description

The Zion Mid GTX by Merrell is a walking boot that isn’t just about looks. Visually arresting, this boot also has an upper made of full grain leather with mesh inserts that makes it particularly abrasion resistant and therefore durable. Thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane the boot is also waterproof, even in the pouring rain, so the wearer always enjoys dry comfort. Plus the cushioning EVA midsole gives a great feel because its absorbent properties make every step wonderfully soft, even when going downhill.

Merrell uses a Vibram Megagrip outsole for the Zion Mid. It scores points not just because of its long lifespan, but also because of its outstanding grip and traction which is down to its 5 mm stud depth. The boot is ready for any hiking trail – whether it is through fields, on a path or on muddy or rocky terrain. The toe area is also covered with a rubber layer that forms an optimal rock guard.
