In addition, LOWA outfitted the shoes with its very own LOWA Multicross Pro outsole. It boasts a multifunctional tread design, which ensures excellent traction on a wide variety of surfaces. Plus, the special front and heel design enhance traction whilst walking up hill and down hill. And, a medium nylon joint-stabilizing element is worked into the sole, which perfectly equips the shoes for use on outdoor paths. Hi Maeve, Other than the obvious cosmetic differences the Sirkos is a little lighter in weight, uses a difference sole unit and midsole and in my opinion the Sirkos will offer a little more support and stability.
