Whether on terrain or in the city, while hiking or on a Sunday stroll - the LOWA Ferrox GTX Lo is suitable for any surrounding. This versatile multi-function shoe by LOWA is a great combination of stability / support and comfort. The Ferrox GTX Lo has a lot of features in order to provide this. All functional outdoor boots should provide this: the abrasion-proof LOWA NXT sole has a great grip on almost any ground. Due to the waterproof GORE-TEX lining the inside of the boot stays pleasantly dry even when it's raining. The supporting and cushioning elements of the Monowrap frame design goes all around the shaft and provide additional stability. This is why a lighter shaft material could be used. At the same time, there is a TPU/nylon stabilizer on the forefoot which stabilizes the area between the heel and the midfoot and ensures a natural rolling motion. The LOWA Ferrox GTX Lo is just as suitable for ascending as it is for simple hikes and short day trekking.

very pleased with product

have worn the trainers constantly for three or four months ,very comfortable good grip and support.Have yet to wear them in heavy rain so cannot comment on whether they are waterproof.
