This particular shoe, although it has a narrow line, you should not be afraid of it if you have a medium or narrow foot. I have street shoes EU 44 and I bought 2 sizes smaller 42 and I was afraid that it would be small but it just fits tight. It will grow back when it breaks but for now I'm thankful it's new and tight, good for smearing, small holes thanks to high asymmetrical shape, it hasn't fast lacing system but it works great. When I was a beginner 4 years ago I tried them in size 42 and it was struggled, I couldn't ware them. After 4 years is tight but take you to 1 level higher.
