I have not been able to use these while outdoors etc., but they have been good from what I have experienced so far:
Slim fitting but flexible -- comfortable
Kept me dry during a hail storm; dried quickly
Robust enough not to snag or tear on thorns and rocks.
Maybe a shame to have few pockets.
