Gripmaster - Prohands - Finger trainer

If you’re lacking that last bit of finger strength to break beyond a certain grade, you can either turn to a hangboard or the Gripmaster finger trainer. Of course, you don’t have to be aiming for the extremely hard stuff. Maybe you’ve just had an injury and need to slowly get used to putting so much strain on your muscles, ligaments and tendons again. Good thing the Gripmaster Prohands are available in different models with different resistance levels. That way, you can focus on training your individual fingers and your forearm muscles.

The colour-coded models can be divided up as follows:

• Blue: easy (5 lb / 2.26 kg resistance per single finger)
• Red: medium (7 lb / 3.17 kg resistance per single finger)
• Black: difficult (9 lb / 4.08 kg resistance per single finger)
• Grey: extra difficult (11 lb / 4.98 kg resistance per single finger)
• Brown: xx difficult (13 lb / 5.89 kg resistance per single finger)
