It hardly weighs any more than a large egg - the 80 gram Loopo II Lite from Edelrid! Thanks to its minimalistic construction, this climbing harness is ultra-light, stable and has all the necessary features. It’s made of the high-strength Dyneema material, has detachable elastic straps on the leg loops and four gear loops. Thus, the climbing harness has a super-small pack size, so it'll fit in just about any jacket pocket.

The fact that you can completely remove the elastic bands on the leg loops allows you to put the harness on whilst wearing skis or crampons as well. Plus, the four gear loops have a strength of 25 kg each and the double tie-in loop is made of a reflective material for more visibility in the dark. Demanding alpinists who want to keep weight to a minimum will definitely appreciate the ultra-light Edelrid Loopo II Lite! By the way, it’s also perfect as an emergency harness for any kind of skiing, mountaineering or a spontaneous via ferrata.
